The problem

Someone in your company has been running the IT alongside their real job. It works, mostly. But the server is out of support, mail lives somewhere nobody chose, backups have never been restored from, and the person who set it up would like to hand it over.

You do not need a platform team. You need the infrastructure to be correct, hosted in Switzerland, and someone to call when it is not.

What we do

We run the unglamorous infrastructure that companies depend on and rarely have staff for:

• Server setup and replacement — Linux and Windows Server, including terminal-server environments for small teams. Ageing hardware moved to a hosted VPS without a weekend of downtime
• Migration to Swiss hosting — Infomaniak, kSuite, Nextcloud. Mail, calendars, files and domains moved from wherever they are now, with mailboxes intact
• Mail and domain migration — mailbox moves of any size, DNS and domain transfers, SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up so the mail still arrives afterwards
• Web infrastructure — nginx, reverse proxies, TLS certificates, and the configuration that makes a site fast and reachable
• Backup and monitoring — backups that are tested by restoring them, and monitoring that tells you before the customer does
• Second and third-level support — ongoing, for companies with no IT department or an IT department that needs escalation

Outcomes

• Infrastructure hosted in Switzerland, under data-protection rules you can explain
• Migrations that complete, with the old system kept until the new one is proven
• Backups that have actually been restored at least once
• One number to call, instead of the colleague who set it up in 2019
